John Gillette began his career in plumbing 20 years ago with a Sydney based tier-one residential and commercial company before advancing his skills with one of Australia’s largest Sydney Water Contractors. There, he gained in-depth knowledge of both above and below-ground plumbing, including sewer encasements and tap-ins. Since establishing JGP, John’s passion for knowledge and upskilling has been the driving force behind the company’s growth. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the success of the projects. John's leadership and commitment to excellence have positioned JGP as a reputable name in the Sydney construction industry, known for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. Outside of work, John enjoys time with his wife Tara and 2 year old-daughter, Penelope and time with his mates. When he has time he is sure to sneak in a quick surf or a not-so-quick 18 holes of golf.
